A24-year-old male medical student is admitted to the hospital for the evaluation of a 3-month history of bloody stools. The patient has approximately six blood stained or blood streaked stools per day, associated with relatively little, if any, pain. Review of systems is remarkable only for occasional fevers and the fact that the patient quit smoking approximately 8 months ago. Biopsies reveal prominent neutrophils in the epithelium and cryptitis with focal crypt abscesses, and no dysplasia. The patient is diagnosed with ulcerative colitis.

While on the inpatient service, the patient is noted to have a serum alkaline phosphatase of 380 U/L and a bilirubin of 2.4 mg/dL. An ERCP is performed, and the following cholangiogram is obtained. In addition to ulcerative colitis, the patient likely has what other illness?

A37-year-old White executive secretary comes to you after she found a lump in her right breast while she was showering. She describes a lesion beneath her right nipple. You question her about her personal and family history. She began menarche at age 12, and she is still having regular menstrual periods. She has had two children; the first was born when she was 25 years old. She has no family history of breast, ovarian, or colon cancer on either her maternal or paternal side. You perform a physical examination including a careful examination of her breasts. You note that her breasts contain many small cysts bilaterally. However, you also palpate a localized, firm, nontender mass below the right areola. You also describe a peau d'orange appearance of the areola.

Amammogram is performed; however, the mammogram demonstrates no abnormality involving either breast. What next should be done?

A. Tell your patient to feel reassured and return if the mass enlarges.

Passed my exam with this dumps. Really recommend. The questions are valid and answers are accurate. The only shortcoming is there are too many questions and you need to spend lots of time to prepare with the questions. But compare to pass the exam and get certified, it's only a piece of cake.

Really a good study material. The answers are correct and questions are update. I passed my exam with 96% of the full score. I prepare for my 70-410 exam only with this dumps. 2 weeks in reading the dumps then check some questions with some experts. I think this is enough for you if you just want to pass the exam. But if you want to get a full score, you need solid background and knowledge about all the exam topics. That would be helpful, too.

No doubt it is the best dumps. But there are a few mistakes in the answers, I think. Very good hands-on training, I will really recommend anyone studying Network and communications management to have this dumps to practice as a reference and also to pass the USMLE-STEP-3 exam.

This was my second resource- I primarily used the study guide given by my class in the study center. The questions that come with this dumps are invaluable though! As a single study resource, you can't go wrong with this. I'm actually quite pleased with the quality of the answers puts out and have used their material for other exams as well. Also get great results. Thanks so much!

One new question in the exam. 100% valid dumps. Passed my exam with full score. Thanks so much for your valid questions and accurate answers. I will recommend this to all my friends. One suggestion: it will be greater if you can send the unlocked version earlier. Anyway, you've done a great job. Thanks again.

The dumps is great, they contain a very good knowledge about the exam. However, most of the materials are the same from the previous version. There are some new questions, and the organization of the pattern is much better than the older one. I'd say this dumps may contain 15-20 percent new materials, the rest is almost identical to the old one.
