You can find your order detail in “My Account”. You can download the files from download page. If it shows "Exam updating. Please download it later." It means there are the latest updates for your exam and our expert team is revising the exam. We will send you it via email or inform you to download it later.

When does my product validation period expire?

Usually, your order validity is 365 days after purchase. But if you have purchased the product during a great promotion, your order validity may differ (please check your order validity in your order detail).

How to extend my expired product?

The product validation period cannot be extended. If you still want to download the exam when your order has expired, you need to pay for that exam again. We suggest you contact us before that.

Operating Systems and Necessary Tools

What operating systems and necessary tools are needed to use your product?

Our PDF is the most common PDF format. You can use any PDF reading software to open and read it. There are no restrictions on operating systems. Our PDF is printable. VCE is only applied to the Windows operating system. If you only have a Mac or other device with other operating systems, we suggest you choose the PDF format

What unzipping software do you recommend?

Set WinZip as your primary decompress tool which you can download at http://www.winzip.com.

How do I pay for my order?

We currently only accept payments with PayPal (www.paypal.com), which are safe for both our site and our users.

If I can’t log in to my account or forget my password, what should I do?

Please choose the “Forget Password” option when you are logging in. If you do not receive the reset email or still have problems on this, you may contact us to report the case and we will help you to reset your password.

What do you do with my personal information?

It seems that I was charged differently from my bill.

Our currency is in US dollar and if you paid in other currency such as the Pound, Euro, or any other, they will be converted using our real–time currency exchange, so there may be a difference in your bill. But we do not charge any extra fees in the transaction. If you still have doubts on the amount which has been deducted, please contact us for help.

Are there any extra fees I need to pay?

We do not charge any extra fee. But you may be charged the transaction fee by your bank. You can contact your bank to make sure. We do not take any extra money from our customers.

Do you have any coupons?

We offer some discounts to our customers. There is no limit to some special discounts. You can check regularly of our site to get the coupons.
